Account information: your email address and a hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.

Age information: your birthdate, collected at signup to confirm you are 18 or older and retained for legal compliance.

Usage information: content you view, posts you make, purchases, subscriptions, and messages, as necessary to operate the service.

Technical information: IP address, browser type, and device information, used for security and abuse prevention.

Payment information: Bitcoin wallet addresses and transaction identifiers necessary to operate our payment system. We do not collect or store credit card or bank account details, because we do not accept them.

Creator verification (Creators only): government-issued identification and a signed agreement, collected to verify age and identity. These records are encrypted, stored separately from our main systems, and accessed only for legal compliance.

Legal compliance: we may disclose information when required by a valid legal request, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with the law or protect rights, safety, or property.

DMCA: we share the minimum information necessary to process copyright takedown and counter-notice procedures.

Service providers: we use third-party infrastructure (hosting, content delivery, email delivery, payment processing) that processes data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

5.1 Bitcoin transactions are recorded on a public blockchain. Wallet addresses and transaction identifiers are inherently public; they were never private.

5.2 We record the wallet addresses and transaction identifiers necessary for our payment system to function. You should understand that blockchain activity can in some circumstances be analyzed by third parties outside our control.

6.1 We retain account and usage information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service.

6.2 Age and identity verification records are retained for the periods required by applicable record-keeping law, then deleted.

6.3 Most content is ephemeral and is deleted automatically after it expires, subject to short-term backups.

6.4 When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information except where retention is required by law.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive records and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8.1 You can access and update your account information in your settings.

8.2 You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Deleting your account forfeits any unspent sats balance; withdraw first, then delete.

8.3 Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or erase your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We use a small number of cookies strictly necessary to operate the Platform: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a cookie that records your confirmation that you are 18 or older. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

The Platform is strictly for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it and terminate the account.

We may update this Policy. We will post the updated version and update the effective date, and provide notice of significant changes.
