DMCA and Copyright Policy

If you believe Content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including its URL or enough detail for us to locate it.

4. Your contact information (name, address, email).

5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

On receipt of a valid notice, we will review and, where appropriate, promptly remove or disable access to the material, and make a reasonable effort to notify the affected user.

If your Content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our designated agent that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.

3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

4. Your name, address, and contact information, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court and to accept service of process from the complaining party.

On receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material as permitted by applicable law.

We terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Submitting false or bad-faith notices or counter-notices may expose you to liability. Do not make claims you cannot support.
