Creator Agreement

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old and able to lawfully produce and distribute adult content.

1.2 Before you can post, we require government-issued identity and age verification. This may be carried out through a third-party verification provider (such as Persona). Your verification records are encrypted, stored separately from our main systems, and accessed only for legal compliance.

1.3 You must prove ownership of any external accounts or online presence you rely on in your application if we request it.

1.4 Approval as a Creator is at our sole discretion and may be withdrawn.

2.1 You retain full ownership of all Content you post.

2.2 You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, back up, reproduce, watermark, display, transmit, and moderate your Content as needed to operate, secure, and provide the Platform, and to comply with law, for as long as the Content remains on the Platform.

2.3 We do not claim ownership of your Content and do not sell it. This license ends when the Content is removed or expires, except for short-term backup copies or as required by law.

3.1 People can and do save content from any platform. We take reasonable protective measures (watermarking, blocking search-engine indexing, stripping metadata, signed expiring links, and ephemerality), and these measures exceed what some platforms that marketed themselves as "screenshot proof" actually delivered.

3.2 No platform can fully prevent screenshots, screen recording, or determined leakers. We do not promise that we can.

3.3 You acknowledge that any Content you post could be copied or redistributed outside the Platform, and you decide what to post on that basis. We will make reasonable efforts to remove reported leaks and to ban responsible accounts, but we are not liable for third-party theft of your Content.

4.1 You receive 90% of net revenue from your subscriptions, tips, and pay-per-view unlocks. We retain 10% as our commission.

4.2 Earnings are denominated in sats and held in your Platform balance.

4.3 You may withdraw to your own Bitcoin wallet. Network fees are deducted from the withdrawn amount; we display the net amount before you confirm. Lightning withdrawals are typically near-free; on-chain withdrawals cost more.

4.4 You are solely responsible for the security of your own wallet and withdrawal addresses. We cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address.

5.1 All Content must comply with the Content Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

5.2 You represent and warrant that every person appearing in your adult Content is at least 18 years old and has consented to being featured, and that you hold any consent documentation we require.

5.3 You will not post AI-generated content or deepfakes.

You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your earnings. We are not your employer and do not withhold taxes.

You are an independent creator, not an employee, partner, agent, or joint venturer of ours. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment or agency relationship.

8.1 You may stop creating and deactivate your account at any time. Withdraw your earnings before deactivating.

8.2 If we terminate your account for cause (violation of these terms, the Terms of Service, or the Content Policy), any pending or unwithdrawn earnings are forfeited.

8.3 If your account is terminated, your Content may become unavailable to your subscribers. We are not obligated to refund subscribers for Content that becomes unavailable as a result of your termination.

Your age and identity verification records are retained for the periods required by applicable record-keeping law (which can be several years), then deleted.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Content, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any third party's rights.

We may update this Agreement. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued activity as a Creator after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
